1. Tenant Set Up
This is ideal for landlords who are confident in managing their own properties and tenancies but want to have all of the legal paperwork in place so that they can take on the day to day running from the moment the tenant moves in.
2. Rent Collection
This option is for landlords that manage their own properties as above but want the freedom to know that their rent is being paid on time and to have the back ground support of Lucas Lettings with any issues surrounding rent collection.
3. Standard Property Management
This is ideal for all types of landlords ranging from first time landlords to landlords with property portfolios. The aim of this service is to make the day to day management of a property and tenancy as simple and easy as possible for a landlord. The tenants have Lucas Lettings as their point of contact for all tenancy and property related issues. Giving the landlord the confidence and reassurance that their property and tenants are being looked after.
4. SILVER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
This option is similar to the Standard Property Management but is more in depth with more inspections, includes free check out inspections, deposit dispute resolutions and the landlord is covered for any necessary legal costs should eviction be required.
5. GOLD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
This option is a fully comprehensive service that covers the landlord for all eventualities & legal expenses, we guarantee the rent should a tenant not pay.
